We are not the loudest provider in the space. We are the one your scraping team keeps after they finish testing the others. Here is the honest version of why.
Our public starting price is competitive. Past 50GB, the per-GB rate drops on every top-up, automatic where applicable, on request for custom volume. Past 500GB you are paying less per GB than the providers with the cleanest websites.
The Telegram and Discord channels are staffed by the engineers who run the network, not a rotating outsourced help desk. Median response on weekdays is under 10 minutes. We do not hide behind ticketing software.
Most providers will not say where their residential pool comes from. We publish it at /ethics. Opt-in SDK partnerships, paid peers, audited quarterly. If your compliance team wants the long version, we send it.
The dashboard, the reseller API, the sticky session flag syntax, all of it shipped because we needed it ourselves. New features come from operator pain, not roadmap theater. If you ask for something useful, we usually build it.
Marketing pages talk in superlatives. Operators talk in numbers. Here is the dashboard, not the brochure.
Live numbers: see the /status page for current uptime, latency and gateway health.
Compared against a generic “premium” provider and a generic budget pool. Same five questions, three honest answers.
| Question | VaultProxies | Generic premium | Generic cheap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price at 100GB residential | Tier discount applied automatically | Full rack rate | Cheaper, with shared pool noise |
| Sourcing transparency | Public policy at /ethics | Vague EULA references | No public answer |
| Support response | Engineers on Telegram/Discord | Email tickets, hours to days | Forum or nothing |
| Sticky session control | Up to 6 hours, declared in username | Configurable, sometimes API only | Short or none |
| Geo coverage | 195+ countries, city + ASN | Comparable claims | Top 30, country only |
“Generic premium” and “generic cheap” are composites built from public pricing pages and customer feedback. Your mileage will vary by provider.
