1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding contract between you and N.R. Digital LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("VaultProxies", "we", "us"). By creating an account or routing traffic through any VaultProxies gateway you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. If you accept on behalf of a company, you warrant you have authority to bind it.
2. Who we are
N.R. Digital LLC · 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA · [email protected].
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and you must not be on any U.S. government restricted-party list. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on proxy use.
4. The service
VaultProxies provides forward HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 proxy infrastructure backed by residential, datacenter and IPv6 IP pools. We do not offer a VPN, a residency relocator, or a tool for evading individual targets' explicit, posted access policies. We provide an internet-connectivity primitive. You are responsible for what you do with it.
5. Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens through your account, your API keys and your generated proxy credentials. Treat the API key like a password. If a key is compromised, rotate it from the dashboard immediately. We are not liable for damage caused by leaked keys you did not rotate. One person or entity per account; do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
6. Payment & account balance
The Service is paid up front via card (Stripe) or supported crypto networks. Your account balance is store credit: it is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or paid out to money or cryptocurrency, and is usable only to purchase VaultProxies services. Bandwidth on per-GB plans does not expire; time-based plans (unlimited residential, datacenter, IPv6 unlimited) expire on their stated end date. Prices may change prospectively. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
7. Payment fraud, verification & holds
You may fund your account only with a payment method you own and are authorised to use. Funding with a card, wallet or account belonging to anyone else, without their authority, is fraud. It is a material breach of these Terms regardless of whether the payment initially succeeds, and regardless of whether the cardholder later complains.
We operate automated payment screening. Where our systems or our payment processors flag a payment as high risk, we may place your balance on hold and suspend provisioning immediately and without prior notice. A hold is applied automatically and does not represent an accusation, a finding, or a decision by any person; it is a precaution taken while the payment is reviewed. Signals that can trigger a hold include, without limitation:
- One card, multiple accounts. The same physical card funding two or more distinct VaultProxies accounts.
- Many cards, one account. A single account or network source funding with several distinct cards in a short window, a pattern consistent with card testing.
- Account-creation velocity. Multiple accounts funded from one network source inside a short window.
- Processor signals. A chargeback, a dispute, or an early fraud warning telling us a card we charged was reported lost, stolen or used without authorisation.
Effect of a hold. Your balance remains visible in your dashboard but cannot be spent on services, renewals or play credits, and active services may be suspended. A hold does not extend the term of any time-based plan, and we are not liable for loss of use, lost profits, missed opportunities or any other consequential loss arising from a hold applied in good faith under this section.
Verification. To lift a hold we may require, at our sole discretion, evidence that you own the payment method used. That may include a bank or card statement showing the charge, the cardholder's name matching your account, a re-authentication of the card, or government-issued identification. We may decline evidence we consider insufficient or inconsistent. We are not obliged to explain which signal triggered a hold, and will not do so where explaining it would tell a fraudulent actor how to avoid detection.
If verification is not provided. Where satisfactory evidence is not supplied within seven (7) days of our request, we may refund the held funds to the original payment method only and close the account. We do not pay out to a different card, a different account, a bank transfer or any cryptocurrency address under any circumstances, and we will not do so at your request, returning funds to a source other than the one they came from is precisely how card fraud is laundered. Bandwidth or service already consumed before the hold is not refundable.
Chargebacks. If you file a chargeback rather than contacting us, we treat it as a final decision to end the relationship: the account is terminated, any remaining balance and unused service is forfeited, and we may pursue the disputed amount together with any processor fees and reasonable recovery costs as a debt. We may also refuse service to you permanently, and to any account we reasonably associate with you.
Reporting and cooperation. We may share payment, account and connection metadata relating to suspected payment fraud with our payment processors, card networks, the affected cardholder's issuing bank, and law enforcement, and we may act on their instructions. Nothing in this section limits any other right we have under these Terms, and our not having detected a breach earlier is not a waiver of any right. Reinstatement of a held or closed account is at our sole discretion.
Nothing in this section removes any right you have under mandatory consumer or payment-services law in your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility and process are described in our dedicated Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Reseller access
Reseller access unlocks once your account balance reaches $100. This threshold exists to deter throwaway accounts from obtaining wholesale credentials; it is not a fee, deposit or charge. Nothing is deducted, held or captured: the full amount remains your ordinary account balance and may be spent on any VaultProxies plan at any time, including immediately after reseller access is granted. As store credit it remains subject to the balance terms above and to the Refund Policy.
Once the threshold is met you may submit a short identification form. Approval is discretionary and we may refuse or revoke reseller access, including where we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, sanctions exposure, or a breach of the Acceptable Use section below. Any statement about typical approval rates is a description of past practice, not a promise of approval. Reaching the balance threshold does not by itself create any entitlement to reseller access, and reseller access being refused or revoked does not entitle you to a refund of your balance beyond what the Refund Policy already provides.
As a reseller you contract directly with your own end customers and are solely responsible for them: your pricing, your support, your terms, and their conduct on the network. You must not resell to anyone you know or reasonably suspect will breach the Acceptable Use section, and you remain liable to us for their use of credentials you issue.
10. Prohibited use
The following uses are forbidden on every plan, every protocol, every IP, every gateway. Violations lead to immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining balance, cooperation with law enforcement where legally required, and a permanent ban on the operator and any related accounts. No warnings.
- Payment fraud. Funding an account with a card, wallet or account you are not authorised to use; testing stolen card numbers; or opening multiple accounts to spread payments across cards you do not own. See Payment fraud, verification & holds.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any production, transmission, possession, hosting, indexing or scraping of sexual content involving minors. Reported to NCMEC and law enforcement on detection. There is no legitimate use case.
- Government, military & law enforcement systems. No traffic targeting any
.gov,.mil,.gouv,.gobdomain or any equivalent national, state or municipal portal. No probing of court records systems, voter databases, or law-enforcement tooling. - Payment processors & financial systems. No automated traffic against Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Square, Plaid, Wise, Revolut, banks, card networks, central banks, brokerages or any payment-card data flow. No credential testing, BIN/CVV checking, account enumeration, or merchant-side scraping at checkout.
- Healthcare & critical infrastructure. No traffic against hospital systems, EHR vendors, insurance member portals, public utilities (water, power, telecom carrier provisioning), transit operators or emergency services.
- Malware, botnets & phishing. No use as command-and-control, no payload delivery, no exfiltration relay, no phishing-kit hosting reachability checks. Same for spam runs, smishing and phishing-page deployment.
- DDoS & network abuse. No flooding, no amplification, no Layer-7 attack traffic, no port or vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own and have not been authorized to test.
- Sanctioned jurisdictions and entities. No traffic originating from, terminating in or otherwise serving entities listed under OFAC, EU, UK, UN or any equivalent sanctions program.
- Illegal marketplaces & controlled substances. No darknet market reachability, no firearms-without-license commerce, no fentanyl-precursor sourcing, no human-trafficking platforms. If the underlying product cannot be sold legally on a federally-incorporated US e-commerce site, it cannot be scraped from here either.
- Reselling raw connectivity. Reseller plans are for reselling VaultProxies as VaultProxies (or white-labeled with attribution we approve). No selling raw IP ranges or pretending you operate the network.
This list is not exhaustive. Anything illegal in the jurisdiction where the request originates, terminates, or serves participants is also forbidden. When in doubt, ask [email protected].
11. Enforcement
We retain enough metadata (timestamps, target hostnames at the request edge, response codes, account identifiers) to investigate abuse complaints. We do not log request bodies. If we detect prohibited use we will terminate the account, void the remaining balance and, where the law requires it, cooperate with the relevant authority. We proactively report CSAM, human trafficking and imminent-harm cases.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, including the dashboard, software, branding and content, is owned by N.R. Digital LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service per these Terms. You keep ownership of data you submit; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service for you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
13. Copyright / DMCA
We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to [email protected] with the information the DMCA requires (identification of the work, the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury). We may terminate repeat infringers.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee any specific uptime above the published SLA on /status, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the total amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; there, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.
16. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless N.R. Digital LLC and its operators from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content or traffic, or your breach of these Terms.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited use, chargebacks or fraudulent payment, risk to the Service or others, or material breach not cured within 7 days of notice. On termination, the licences granted to you end. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment owed, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution) survive termination.
18. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing anything, you agree to try to resolve a dispute informally by emailing [email protected] first (we'll do the same). If that fails within 30 days, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in or administered from New Mexico, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for IP or misuse. To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action; disputes are brought only in an individual capacity. If the class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the arbitration provision is void for that dispute.
19. Changes
We update these Terms when material changes happen and post the new version with a fresh "Last updated" date. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms. If a change is materially adverse and you do not want to continue, contact support and we will refund any eligible remaining balance per the Refund Policy.
20. Miscellaneous
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. You consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
