Cookie policy

Cookie policy.

The cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to turn the optional ones on or off.

Your current choice

No choice made yet, only strictly-necessary cookies run.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We also use closely related technologies, localStorage and one-time security tokens - and refer to all of them as "cookies" here. We group them into strictly necessary (always on, required for the site to work) and optional (analytics and third-party widgets, off until you consent).

2. Strictly-necessary (always on)

  • Session / sign-in. When you log in we store an authentication token in your browser so you stay signed in. Without it the dashboard cannot work.
  • Security. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on sign-up/login to stop bots. It may set a short-lived token to validate the challenge.
  • Security & fraud prevention. We use standard device and connection signals (including a derived device identifier) to keep accounts secure, detect fraud and duplicate accounts, enforce limits, and improve our services. Not used for advertising.
  • Preferences. Your theme (light/dark) and your cookie choice itself are stored locally so we can remember them.

These do not require consent because the service cannot be delivered without them. They are not used to track you across other sites.

3. Optional, analytics (only with consent)

  • First-party page analytics. If you accept, we record which pages are visited (path, referrer, campaign tags) to understand traffic. This is first-party and minimal, we do not set a persistent advertising identifier and do not share it with ad networks.

4. Optional, third-party (only with consent)

  • Trustpilot. Our review widget is served by Trustpilot, which may set its own cookies. It loads only after you accept optional cookies.
  • Crisp (live chat). The chat bubble is served by Crisp, which sets its own cookies to keep your conversation across pages and visits. It loads only after you accept optional cookies; decline and you can still reach us on Telegram, Discord or by email.

5. What we never use

We do not use cross-site advertising or retargeting cookies, data-broker pixels, or device signals for advertising or to build a marketing profile of you, and we do not sell or "share" (as defined by California law) information collected through cookies. The device and security signals described in Section 2 are used for security, fraud prevention and improving our services.

6. Managing your choices

Use the toggle at the top of this page, or the banner shown on your first visit, to enable or reject optional cookies at any time. You can also clear cookies and site data from your browser settings. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing where applicable.

7. Changes

We update this policy when our cookie use changes and revise the "Last updated" date above.
